I found a Keycard. Where should I send it? Feel free to dispose of the keycard, no information is stored or can be used on the card.
My safe is showing an “Error”, is there an override code? There is no override code, however, you can service your safe by locating your service devices.
Where can I find a detailed user manual? Please contact your local distributor with this request here. They will be able to assist you.
We intend to upgrade our VingCard locks and want more information about the different products available. Where do we get this information from? Review the ASSA ABLOY Hospitality products on our website and contact your local distributor.
Our VingCard system cannot connect to the database, and/or a "Database Error" is displayed. What should I do? You will need to reset the system by rebooting the VingCard server and workstations. If an error still occurs, please contact your local distributor.
